Re-uploaded by the Chelsea Twitter bods this very morning, this classic clip sees former Blues midfielder Michael Ballack dabbling in a spot of target practice during a training session at Cobham back in 2008.
Tasked with clipping a ball through a hoop, Ballack instead attempts to do it at 100mph…with solemn consequences for the poor sod holding the damn thing!
