Fairly difficult to imagine this kind of photo-op getting past the Man City PR censors: Former City striker and current Wigan manager Uwe Rosler posing at Maine Road wearing an “Uwe Rosler’s Grandad bombed Old Trafford” t-shirt as part of an FA Cup promo in 1995…
The photo was apparently taken by long-serving professional football snapper Bradley Ormesher, a two-time winner of the Barclays Photographer of the Season Award no less – that said, as far as we know, he didn’t win anything for this particular effort.
